Stunning boutique hotel, warm and welcoming staff, tastefully furnished and spacious rooms, excellent heating, good quality free WiFi, good breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Pollux in Zermatt. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and cable cars. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the newly renovated spa downstairs - a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Pollux for a fantastic vacation experience in Zermatt.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the walk-around historic district and near the train station. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a small spa in the basement. The cleanliness of the room was spotless, and it was quiet and cozy. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of various items, and the staff were outstanding - exceptionally polite, helpful, and patient.

The hotel also has a cozy bar with an open fire, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. there is a spa/sauna area available for guests to enjoy.

The see-through glass doors to the bathroom could use an update.

Had a great weekend getaway! the hotel had spacious rooms, a convenient ski storage, and an on-site restaurant and bar. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the village with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the highlight was definitely the spa facility, which provided a relaxing experience with a jacuzzi tub, sauna, and lounge area. the staff also went above and beyond when they promptly contacted me about a forgotten item and shipped it to my next destination. Great service!

The only downside was that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking.
