Fine boutique hotel, warm and cute staff, tastefully furnished and spacious rooms, excellent heating, good quality free WiFi, good breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an very nice stay at Hotel Pollux in Zermatt. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and cable cars. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the newly renovated spa downstairs - a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Pollux for a fantastic vacation experience in Zermatt.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the walk-around historic district and near the train station. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a small spa in the basement. The cleanliness of the room was super clean, and it was quiet and cozy. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of various items, and the staff were excellent - polite, helpful, and patient.

Guests have mentioned comfortable rooms and beds, as well as friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant serves delicious food, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a cozy bar with an open fire, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. there is a spa/sauna area available for guests to enjoy.

The see-through glass doors to the bathroom could use an update.

Had a great weekend getaway! The hotel had spacious rooms, a convenient ski storage, and an on-site restaurant and bar. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The highlight was definitely the spa facility with a relaxing experience with a jacuzzi tub, sauna, and lounge area. The staff also were very good when they promptly contacted me about a forgotten item and shipped it to my next destination. Great service!

The only downside was that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

The staff at Pollux were helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and even upgraded my room to a family room. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options and the location was perfect, close to the train station and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located conveniently near the train station. We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location could not have been better, just a 2 minute walk away from the train station and in the heart of Zermatt. We were surrounded by restaurants, chair lifts, the tourist office, and bars. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city and enjoy everything it had to offer. The hotel itself was absolutely luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. Our rooms were warm and attractive, and it was so lovely to relax in the bar with its open fire. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. They even went above and beyond by singing Happy birthday songs in English, Spanish, and Hindi, which was an unforgettable memory. The service staff between the lobby, restaurant, and bar were always helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
